BTS Tokyo Dome TV Special Announced as São Paulo Shows Approach

As BTS's 2026 world tour moves across South America, fans have another date to mark on their calendars. On October 26, BTS's official Japanese channel announced a TV special revisiting the seven members' Tokyo Dome performance. Three concerts in São Paulo, Brazil, are also scheduled to begin on October 28. What makes the news interesting is how memories of an earlier stage and anticipation of a new one come together.

Newly announced on October 26: a TBS special in Japan

On October 26, the official BTS Japan website announced the TBS special BTS 'ARIRANG'—Together Again as Seven, Into the World. For the first time on television, it will show highlights from the world tour's April 17, 2026 concert at Tokyo Dome. The announcement says that the seven members returned as a complete group after approximately three years and nine months, and that this was their first concert in Japan in about seven years.

One highlight is the 360-degree circular stage in the center of the venue. The program is a digest of the seven standing together again, not a live broadcast of their October concerts in Brazil. For fans who waited a long time, it is another way to remember the reunion in April.

Next stop: São Paulo, October 28, 30 and 31

According to BIGHIT MUSIC's official tour schedule, BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' continues from its October 21, 23 and 24 Buenos Aires dates in Argentina to three shows at Estádio do Morumbis in São Paulo, Brazil, on October 28, 30 and 31. As of October 27, the three São Paulo concerts are still upcoming scheduled performances.

Weverse's official notice says that outdoor merchandise booths are scheduled to operate ahead of the concerts on October 27 and 29, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time. Outdoor sales are also planned for the concert dates of October 28, 30 and 31, and the notice explicitly says that a concert ticket is not required to shop at the booths outside the venue. As arrangements may change on-site, visitors should check the official information again before going.

Two ways to remember the seven on stage

When you're following new music and performances, opportunities to revisit earlier moments can be surprisingly rare. Yet this week brings two stories moving in different directions. In Japan, fans will be able to revisit the reunion at Tokyo Dome last April through a television program, while in South America, new concerts are scheduled for this month. The contrast captures where this long world tour stands today.

Concert dates and broadcast times follow the local time zones of different countries. In particular, Japanese TV schedules sometimes use '26:00' to indicate the early hours of the following day. On-site São Paulo information is given in Brazil local time (BRT), so fans following the news online should pay attention to the time zones.

Where to find today's official information

What has been confirmed is the Japanese broadcast announcement made on October 26 and the São Paulo concert and on-site operation schedules published by BIGHIT MUSIC and Weverse. We have not speculated about unconfirmed setlists or additional broadcast regions. While waiting, Jumak's guests might like to think about the songs they most hope to hear on stage. Looking forward to a new moment is also part of a fan's story.
